Here's a very old drawing, from 2004. Suzi originally was only going to have 3 fingers and a thumb on each hand. Early animated characters were like that because it was easier to animate, and she began as a concept for a cartoon character, not a comic book character. Also it's more alien, but when I started work on the comic, I either forgot, or decided she would be a better bassist with 4 fingers instead of 3. I was never happy with this drawing, until I just reworked it a little, the hips were too wide, no really, you could have driven a truck under her legs, and she was too buxom. Now it's much better. I stopped myself from fixing her fingers.
