Rattle Tree

Tree in front of my house, it occurred to me I could make shamanic rattles using the seedpods that this tree drops, so I got up on a ladder and harvested some, also got some from the yard, but thought they might be more damp. A friend cautioned me there are moth larvae living in them, so they're currently being frozen to death in a plastic bag. squirrels don't seem to eat these things so I didn't mind filling a couple of shopping bags with them. I made one experimentally, it worked well. just have to refine the assembly and design.
