So are these just your mind wandering? My mind doesn't wander as much anymore. I think it's the meds I take for anxiety. I have to FORCE my imagination. I have to do a lot of prep work. I have to get messy with stuff and keep going, try to spark something if I'm doodling. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
